We blend our choji from pure mineral oil and pure clove oil, which gives it its typical gentle scent.<\/p>\n<p>A thin layer protects carbon steel and Damascus from moisture and rust. A few drops are enough \u2013 spread them over the whole blade with a soft cloth and wipe off the excess.<\/p>\n<h3>Which knives<\/h3>\n<p>Choji is meant mainly for outdoor and hunting knives, collector pieces and knives you store for longer. For kitchen knives we recommend our <a href=\"\/en\/product\/mineralny-olej-15-ml\/\">pure mineral oil<\/a>: clove oil is also used in small amounts to flavour food, but it can give food a taste and smell of cloves.
